The personal work explores architecture, memory, and the contemporary urban landscape, particularly the tensions that arise between the everyday use of spaces by inhabitants and the urban and architectural design that regulates them. Photography is used as a means of attending to what is overlooked: the residual, the unfinished, the in-between.
Holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto and completed the Professional Course of Photography at the Instituto Português de Fotografia. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Photography at the Escola de Media Arte e Design, Instituto Politécnico do Porto.
